Welcome to indifindi.ai, an all-in-one AI powerhouse owned and operated by Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Scope of Services and AI Aggregation

indifindi.ai provides a unified SaaS platform and API infrastructure that aggregates multiple generative AI models for text, audio, voice synthesis, image, and video generation. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that our Services rely on both proprietary algorithms and third-party AI infrastructure.

2. Synthetic Media, Deepfakes, and Voice Cloning Policy

This section strictly governs the generation of video and audio content.

2.1 Explicit Consent Required

If you use our audio or video generation tools to clone a real person’s voice, likeness, or face, you must possess explicit, verifiable written consent from that individual.

2.2 Strict Prohibition on Deepfakes

You are strictly prohibited from using indifindi.ai to create non-consensual deepfakes, sexually explicit synthetic media, or content designed to impersonate political figures, celebrities, or private individuals for the purpose of fraud, misinformation, or defamation.

2.3 System Guardrails and Monitoring

We reserve the right to deploy automated moderation tools to scan prompts and inputs. Any attempt to bypass these safety filters will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3. API Usage and Fair Use Policy

3.1 Rate Limiting

To ensure platform stability for all users, Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited enforces API rate limits. Excessive polling, spamming endpoints, or attempting to execute a Denial of Service (DoS) attack will result in immediate API key revocation.

3.2 Account Sharing

Your subscription and API keys are strictly for your individual or internal organizational use. Reselling, sub-licensing, or publicly sharing your API keys or account dashboard access without an explicit Reseller Agreement is a direct violation of these Terms.

4. Reseller, Agency, and White-Label Licensing

This section applies to users operating under an authorized Reseller or Agency tier.

4.1 Authorization

You may only resell, white-label, or sub-license the Services if you are subscribed to a dedicated "Agency," "Reseller," or "Enterprise" plan, or hold a distinct written agreement with Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited.

4.2 End-User Liability

As a reseller, you are solely responsible for the actions, inputs, and generated outputs of your end-users. You must legally bind your clients to Terms and Conditions that are at least as restrictive as this document.

4.3 Brand Guidelines

Unless granted explicit white-label rights, you may not remove, obscure, or alter any indifindi.ai watermarks, copyright notices, or branding from the Services. You may not misrepresent your relationship with Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited.

5. Software Partnerships and API Collaborations

5.1 Approved Integrations

Third-party software providers integrating the indifindi.ai API into their own applications must ensure their data handling practices comply with the DPDPA, GDPR, and our Acceptable Use Policies.

5.2 Prohibition on Competitive Development

You explicitly agree NOT to use the indifindi.ai API, platform outputs, or system architecture to develop, train, or launch a direct foundational competitor to our primary Services.

5.3 Technical Support for Partners

API uptime and technical support for integration partners are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited is not liable for revenue loss resulting from integration downtimes or API schema changes.

6. Credits, Billing, and Rollover Policies

6.1 Dynamic Credit Consumption

Generation tasks are billed in "credits." Because generating a 4K video costs significantly more computing power than generating a text paragraph, credit deductions are dynamic and based on the specific model and output length.

6.2 Expiry and Rollover

Unless explicitly stated in your custom enterprise plan, unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. All payments processed via our regulated gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are non-refundable.

7. Advanced Security, DPDP Act, and Global Compliance

7.1 India DPDP Act, 2023

We operate under strict data minimization and lawful processing principles. You maintain the right to access, rectify, and permanently erase your personal data from our servers via your user dashboard.

7.2 VAPT and Edge Security Integrity

Our cloud architecture undergoes periodic Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). We enforce AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and utilize enterprise-grade Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN) to protect against malicious traffic.

7.3 GDPR and SOC 2 Type II

All third-party AI models integrated into indifindi.ai hold SOC 2 Type II certifications and comply with GDPR frameworks. We mandate a "Zero Data Retention" policy with our API partners—meaning your inputs and outputs are never stored on their servers for model training purposes.

8. Third-Party AI Dependency and Uptime Limitations

8.1 Service Interruptions

You acknowledge that our platform's uptime is partially dependent on the stability of third-party APIs. Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited shall not be held liable for generation delays, downtime, or service degradation caused by outages at the third-party infrastructure level.

9. Intellectual Property and IP Indemnification

9.1 Copyright of AI Outputs

While Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited assigns you the rights to your generated Output, the legal copyright status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that you will be able to claim formal copyright ownership over the Output in your country.

9.2 Indemnification by User

If your Input infringes on a third party's intellectual property, you bear sole legal and financial responsibility. You agree to fully indemnify and hold Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited harmless against any lawsuits, DMCA takedowns, or IP claims arising from your usage of the Platform.

10. Grievance Redressal Mechanism (IT Rules, India)

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
