3. Artificial Intelligence Services, Input, and Output

3.1 Platform Ecosystem

indifindi.ai operates as an advanced AI aggregator, providing users with a unified dashboard to access cutting-edge generative tools across text, audio, image, and video modalities.

3.2 Content Ownership

  • Your Input: You retain all ownership rights in the text, audio, images, or data you submit ("Input").

  • Your Output: Subject to full payment of your subscription or API credits, Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the AI-generated results ("Output").

3.3 AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Generative AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or hallucinated information. Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited provides no warranties regarding the absolute factual accuracy of AI outputs. You are responsible for verifying all Output before business or commercial use.

4. Advanced Security and Data Protection (DPDP Act & VAPT)

  2. GDPR Compliance: For users operating within or transmitting data from the European Union, our integrated AI models are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place with these providers.

  3. Zero Data Retention for Training: Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited strictly selects API partners that offer "Zero Data Retention" enterprise policies. Your Inputs and Outputs processed through our integrated models are NOT used by these third-party providers to train their foundational AI models. 6. Prohibited Conduct

You explicitly agree NOT to use indifindi.ai to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or violates the DPDPA, GDPR, or any local data protection laws.

  • Decompile or reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms, scripts, or systems of Indifindi Ai Global Private Limited.

  • Bypass our VAPT-tested security guardrails, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.

7. Fees, Credits, and Billing

7.1 Dynamic Credit System

Due to the varying computational costs of text, audio, and video generation, indifindi.ai operates on a dynamic credit-based system. Credits will be deducted from your wallet based on the specific AI model and modality utilized.

7.2 Payments

All payments are securely processed through regulated payment gateways (Razorpay). All fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIFINDI AI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY ACCURACY ISSUES IN THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
